MUARA NAVAL BASE, Friday, 30 September 2022 – His Excellency General Vong Pisen, Commander-in-Chief, Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF), made an official visit to the Royal Brunei Navy.
Upon his arrival, the RCAF delegation was received by First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Spry bin Haji Serudi @ Haji Seruji, Commander of RBN as well as members of the RBN Executive Board, the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, and the crew of KDB DARUTTAQWA onboard KDB DARUTTAQWA. The visit commenced with a brief presentation of the RBN by the Acting Chief of Staff, RBN followed by a brief on the ship's roles and capabilities prior to the ship's tour.
Upon completion of the ship's tour, the RCAF delegation continued their visit to the Naval Training Centre and observed a demonstration of the Full Mission Bridge Simulator before proceeding to the RBN Officers' Mess where the visit was concluded with a parchment signing.
