MUARA NAVAL BASE, WEDNESDAY, 18 FEBRUARY 2026
– The Royal Brunei Navy marked the opening of the Holy Month of Ramadhan 1447 Hijrah with the commencement of Sunat Tarawih Prayer and Tadarus Al-Qur’an at Surau Al-Huda, Muara Naval Base.
Present was Yang Mulia First Admiral Sahibul Bahari bin Haji Zainal Abidin, Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy. Also in attendance were members of the Royal Brunei Navy Executive Committee, senior officers, officers, and personnel of the Royal Brunei Navy.
The programme began with the Isya’ Prayer, followed by the Sunat Tarawih and Witir Prayer, and the opening of the Tadarus Al-Qur’an. The observance marked the formal commencement of Ramadhan activities within the Royal Brunei Navy for the month.
The occasion reflected the Royal Brunei Navy’s preparedness to observe the holy month with takwa to Allah Subhanu Wata'ala.

TENTERA LAUT DIRAJA BRUNEI MENANDAKAN PERMULAAN RAMADHAN DENGAN SEMBAHYANG SUNAT TARAWIH DAN TADARUS DI SURAU AL-HUDA
PANGKALAN TENTERA LAUT MUARA, RABU, 18 FEBRUARY 2026 – Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei (TLDB) telah menandakan permulaan Bulan Suci Ramadhan 1447 Hijrah dengan pelaksanaan Sembahyang Sunat Tarawih dan Tadarus Al-Qur’an yang berlangsung di Surau Al-Huda, Pangkalan Tentera Laut Muara.
Hadir pada majlis tersebut ialah Yang Mulia Laksamana Pertama Sahibul Bahari bin Haji Zainal Abidin, Pemerintah Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei. Turut hadir ialah Ahli-ahli Jawatankuasa Eksekutif TLDB, Pegawai-pegawai Kanan, Pegawai-pegawai serta anggota TLDB.
Majlis dimulakan dengan Solat Fardhu Isya’, diikuti dengan Sembahyang Sunat Tarawih dan Witir serta pembukaan Tadarus Al-Qur’an. Pelaksanaan ini menandakan permulaan aktiviti Ramadhan TLDB bagi bulan tersebut.
Majlis ini mencerminkan kesiapsiagaan TLDB dalam menghayati bulan suci Ramadhan dengan penuh takwa kepada Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala.
