MUARA NAVAL BASE, Thursday, 19 January 2023 - The Acting Commander Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), Captain Haji Mohamad Sarif Pudin bin Matserudin held a session with RBN Junior Rates, at Dewan Samudera, Royal Brunei Navy, Muara Naval Base.
The arrival of the Acting Commander of RBN was welcomed by Leading Hand Mohammad Safwan Bin Sabli, Chairman of the Council. The meeting session started with a group photo with RBN Junior Rates followed by the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Able Rate Mohd Abdul Hafiz Bin Muhd Hisyamuddin.
During the session, Acting Commander RBN emphasized the Junior Rates' roles as the backbone of success in the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). Highlighting the need for all Junior Rates to instill RBAF's 4 Core Values of Piety, Courage, Loyalty and Professionalism. In addition, Acting Commander RBN also reminded all those present to always take care of each other's welfare, compete in a healthy manner and always work together to shoulder the responsibilities entrusted to them and hope that the year 2023 will be better. The session ended with a light refreshment with RBN Junior Rates.
